Vizu.com (click the Go to Vizu.com link in the yellow section of that page) allows you to create a poll - a single question of the multiple choice or number range variety. Once you've done that it gives you the code to put the poll right on your blogger or typepad (or several others) site. Or, email it to people. Or, just put a link to it on your site.
