This site will let you choose your own URL and create your own tiddlywiki. Make them public or private, too. What's a tiddlywiki? Well, here's one that I just modified by changing the theme. http://home.comcast.net/~jgates808/scfile.html
Now, I haven't tried it yet, but it SOUNDS as if this version will allow you to edit and save the changes right there. I have to save the changes to a desktop copy then upload it. This site may eliminate that need.
