Isilon wants 30 more VARs for vertical markets drive

Isilon Systems specializes is clustered storage, and they are looking to add 30 more VARs in three countries by September. They are needing extra support for their vertical markets, and they’re looking for VARs.

Isilon is targeting VARs in the UK, France, and Germany. Although they have traditionally worked with the media industry, they are now expanding to manufacturing, finance, life sciences, insurance and government.

Steve Jenkins, vice-president of EMEA at Isilon Systems, said that the company will primarily focus on enterprise customers: "The idea is to increase our coverage. We want four to fiveresellers in each vertical. We think we can get at least two VARs in eachvertical by the end of September. That's why we hiredVADition[for the UK]."
