Clear DNS Cache in Windows Vista, empty.
Solution:
"Windows key + R" to "run dialog" Open With "cmd" into the search box and "OK" to confirm. the "Command Prompt" command line "ipconfig / flushdns" and enter in the "Enter" key to confirm.
Tip: "ipconfig / displaydns", the "DNS cache" before and checked it.
