Fasilitas Undo Send Email di Gmail.

Gmail, baru-baru ini meluncurkan sebuah fungsi e-mail baru yang bisa membatalkan pengiriman pesan kepada seseorang, yaitu fitur Undo Send Email.

Dengan mengaktifkan fitur Undo Send, sebuah tombol opsi Undo akan muncul beberapa saat setelah pengguna Gmail mengirim surat. Pengguna akan diberi kesempatan selama 5 detik untuk membatalkan surat yang baru ia kirimkan.

Bila tak yakin untuk mengirim e-mail tersebut, seseorang bisa saja membatalkan surat itu dengan memencet tombol Undo yang terletak di samping di sebelah kalimat 'Your Message has been sent, sebelum lima detik berakhir.

Setelah lima detik berakhir, tombol Undo akan hilang dengan sendirinya. Kendati cuma menyediakan waktu 5 detik, namun fitur ini sangat bermanfaat bila pengguna terlupa menyertakan lampiran pada surat elektronik itu.

Setidaknya, dengan fitur ini, pengguna Gmail tak perlu lagi cepat-cepat memutuskan koneksi internet atau mematikan browser mereka bila hendak membatalkan pengiriman email ke orang lain.

Cara mengaktifkan opsi Undo Send Email Gmail:
1. Masuk ke akun Gmail Anda
2. Tekan tombol Settings di bagian atas, lalu ke tab Labs.
3. Temukan Fitur Undo Send, lalu klik pada tombol raddio 'Enable'

4. Kemudian tekan Save Changes untuk menyimpan setting yang telah dirubah
Setelah itu, Gmail akan selalu menampilkan tombol Undo selama 5 detik setelah pengguna mengirim surat ke tempat tujuan.

Answer: Statistics, extrapolations and counting by Radicati Group from May 2009 estimate the number of emails sent per day (in 2009) to be around 247 billion.
247 billion messages per day means more than 2.8 million emails are sent every second. Around 80% of these millions of message are but spam and viruses.

The genuine emails are sent by around 1.4 billion email users.


How to Organize our Email? so we can get our Genuine Email
1. Trashing spam or junk email into Spam Folder

Just Give Check beside the Sender and Judge it as a Spam. If those email come again, You'll find it at Spam Folder.

2. by Yahoo Mail Filter (Modern appearance, not classic email appearance)
a. click your inbox
b. click one email
c. filter email like this..

d. give an filter option. You can filter it by Sender or by Title. Don't forget to choose the destination folder [like this image below; You should also make a new folder first of all ^_^ ups, sorry of being late to tell about that..^_^]

The Result : email from social networking and any kind of same email can be group into folder like image below.

If Social Networking email become a flood, dont worry about mixed with your Genuine or Important Email.

Bagaimana Cara Mengubah Tampilan / Tema Akun Gmail

Hampir semua orang mengatakan bahwa memeriksa email adalah salah satu dari beberapa hal pertama yang mereka lakukan di pagi hari setelah bangun. Kebanyakan orang yang saya tahu selalu periksa pesan masuk / inbox secara teratur. Beberapa bahkan harus mengetahui status kotak masuk mereka sepanjang waktu. What's Apple Up to Now?

There is a great deal of speculation as to what Apple will announce tomorrow at their news conference. It seems from what I have been reading that it is most likely a new generation of iPods. Just like everyone else, I will throw my hat in the ring and try to be a prognosticator. If I had to speculate, I would think that with all the press regarding the iPhone that the new iPods will incorporate some of the new technology found in the iPhone. Imagine for a second an iPod with that cool touch screen interface, that not only plays your music but allows you to watch those videos on that crisp screen. And why not add in WiFi into the picture giving us instant access to the web and the ability to download music from iTunes. You see who knows, we just could be getting an iPhone without the phone. Having access to the largest library of music, and videos, in addition to having access to the internet and email from the device could be a match made in heaven- or at least in Cupertino! So hang on to your hats as the countdown to tomorrow's announcements are made. Let's see what the magic of Steve Jobs turns up this time. I for one can't wait!
