IT audits aren't just for new customers. Take a look at your existing customers and see who would be a good candidate for an IT audit. You'll want to think about UPSs and data line protection, real surge protectors, the right number of antivirus software licenses, routers, firewalls, network adjust translations, and other items that keep them protected that may need to be updated.
How do you create demand for IT audits? Talk to your customers when they’re in the store. Do an outbound telemarketing campaign. Include a flyer with your invoices. Do a solo mailing, either a letter or a postcard or a brochure. You can say that regularly the price is $350 but this time you're doing it for $150; only 25 customers can get this great price, though, because of the demand.
